As we archive the band groups on Class Dojo, and update the pictures from our final performances, it seems like an final blog post full of random good news is in order. Here’s the bullet list followed by some cool pics from our spring performances and adventures.
🌞 We had AMAZING performances from our Modern Band and Concert Band programs in May. Many thanks to parents who donated pizza and treats to make these events special! 🙏 And thanks to all for supporting and encouraging your music makers! 🤙🎵😎
🌞 Thanks to parents who chaperoned our band field trip to Gator by the Bay! It was a fun day of watching the pros jam, trying new instruments, dancing, eating beignets, and celebrating! We will be back!
🌞 Modern Band Jr. had a strong finale with a class party and one last classroom jam on the last day of LEAD clubs. Many thanks to parents who donated treats! 🙏

🌞Looking to the next school year, we will start with parent/student orientation meetings for Modern Band and Concert band grades 4-6. We will only have LEAD club registration during the 1st quarter to encourage band students that band is a year-long commitment. I will post meeting dates here when they are set after school begins in July. I hope to see you there! Enjoy summer break, and keep on jamming! 🌞😎🤙🌴🎵
